About the project
DecoDoma, a Czech e-shop specializing in home decoration and home furnishing, boasts more than a decade of tradition during which it has gained a strong market position. In order to provide customers with an even better and more personalized shopping experience, the e-shop decided to switch to Zoe.ai's advanced recommendation system.
Main Challenges
The main motive for this change was to provide customers with a wider range of products, especially in the area of alternative products for cross-sell and upsell. Zoe Deep Recommendations brings more sophisticated behavioral models into play, working in real-time. To evaluate the effectiveness of this innovation, DecoDoma AB conducted testing, comparing the global benefits of the version of the site without Zoe.ai Recommendations and the version with Zoe.ai Recommendations. This analysis was conducted with a 50:50 traffic split to accurately assess the impact of Zoe.ai on customer interaction and the subsequent buying process.

The deployment of Zoe.ai has brought us up to a 6% increase in sales in some months on the version of the site where the service is deployed. At the same time, Zoe.ai has introduced a new purchasing element in the form of product bundles, which has brought us essentially immediate benefits.
